Formal 2009

Space is running out, sign up now! Here are the instructions to register for Formal:

1. Go to www.mrlevents.com
2. Create an account (please enter all information required accurately)
3. Once registered click the upcoming events tab and select the Theta Chi option (here will be a detailed overview of the event, please read through it before you contact me about any questions regarding the event)
4. Enter the invitation code on the bottom. The code is: ucf (case sensitive)
5. Follow all on screen instructions and complete registration for you and your date
6. Payment is due April 8th (the deposit is $50 a person which is practically the price of the ticket)

Additional Information

1. Accurate information regarding your formal date is due no later than April 15th
2. You will have the ability to change your dates info until this date by simply logging back into your account
3. Once you register and pay if you would like to upgrade to a single room email me and I will add the increased price to your balance (tentative price of $50-60)

Registration is on a 1st come 1st serve basis; after 110 people are registered (55 brothers + dates) there is no guarantee on price or availability.
